For international orders, import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, and clearance fees are not included in the order total unless expressly shown at checkout. Where applicable, these charges are payable by the customer upon or before delivery. Lunavé does not control these charges and cannot guarantee their amount.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Customers must contact us before returning any product. Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.
Unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy, original shipping charges, return shipping costs, import duties, taxes, customs charges, and other third-party fees are not refundable.
